MIRÓ, EQUIPO

Miró is the name given to a team of sculptors interested in developing the works’ style of the sculptor Josep Bofill in particular relative to the period from 1980 to 1987, period that has been a milestone in the history of limited editions’ sculptures. Josep Bofill goes on with his creative evolution, now based on a more conceptual level and the “Miró team” pays tribute to this former period by studying Bofill’s works, by developing a specific concept and creating new pieces. These, though inspired by Bofill’s works, do not reproduce the sculptor’s originals. The “Miró team” offers us a concept and an enriched expressive line that allow many ways of interpretation. The team counts with the authorization of Josep Bofill and is backed by the guaranty of reproduction and divulging of Inver Art S.A.
